Manju Kak has loved being a teacher on and off since 1980, beginning as History Teacher at St Columba’s School, New Delhi, between 1980-1986. Later, moving to Hong Kong she taught in various institutions, such as the Open Learning Institute, Hong Kong Polytechnic and St Stephen’s Girls College, and a Chinese School, daring to teach Chinese History, along with subjects such as Literature and an Arts Foundation. Later she held other assignments as a Visiting Professor (Arts) at the Centre for Jawaharlal Nehru Studies, the Academy of International Studies (Jamia Millia Islamia University), New Delhi, at the Design Department (Banasthali University), Rajasthan, and at the National Museum Institute (National Museum), New Delhi.
